Jegeg Residence Anyar always my cross every day to work in the construction of Palm Sunset Residence. Since beginning of the opening (for sale), I think this is a strategic place. Being at a place not so crowded and so close to Seminyak which is actually tourist residence (villa area) while in Bali.
Nearby attractions of this location is Berawa beach, you can ride bike to get there. If you travel westward, you will arrive at Tanah Lot is a beach with a very intriguing rock when the sun goes down (nice sunset view).
